Bhaarate Nirmitam (Made in India)
What is 3D Nirmitam
While you may be aware of 3D technology, Nirmitam is a Samskrit word meaning made from or made in or just made.
At 3D Nirmitam, articles are designed or visualized on 3D using computer graphics, scanned with our partners and printed out of various materials either in using filaments of PLA or PETG, or using Resin.
Why 3D Print
3D printing or additive manufacturing is a process of making three dimensional solid objects from a digital file.
The creation of a 3D printed object is achieved using additive processes. In an additive process an object is created by laying down successive layers of material until the object is created. Each of these layers can be seen as a thinly sliced cross-section of the object.
3D printing is the opposite of subtractive manufacturing which is cutting out / hollowing out a piece of metal or plastic with for instance a milling machine. This enables you to produce complex shapes using less material than traditional manufacturing methods.
One can Visualize the final object on a computer/phone, and get an expected objected developed out of a 3D Printer
Engineering Projects
In order to help the Engineers to provide a prototype of their models, we print them at a scale using different types of materials such as PETG CarbonFibre, PLA, TPU, etc. at an affordable price.
Bust
Bust is the figurine but contains the sculpture of a person’s head, shoulders, and chest. Headshot is the 3d face figurine of your face. It is 3d head of the person and is printed in 3D printer.
Custom products
If you want your 3D design to touched and felt as well, you can get them printed with us. Your project shall be printed, processed and shipped at your ease.
We do help Doctors to have the DICOM images converted to STL, and printed at a low cost to see through the bone structures of scans.
Instruments & Tools
Certain mechanical instruments, musical instruments, and their parts are produced using 3d printing and tools such as spanner, mallet etc, can also be produced as per requirements. Spare parts of kitchen ware such as stove knobs, cookware handles, etc. can also be re-produced with custom colors at a lower cost.
